Our Breakfasts

- We serve a full gourmet breakfast. However, we know that some guests prefer to be flexible
about getting-up times, or are not keen on a big morning
meal, so a lighter self-serve option is laid out on the
sideboard (cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast) every morning. Just let us know your preference the day
before.

- Our breakfasts are made with the freshest seasonal
ingredients. A typical menu might be a frittata
made with locally caught wild salmon smoked in our own back yard,
a tomato tart with homemade pastry filled with herbs and
tomatoes from our garden, or lemon ricotta pancakes served
with organic rosemary smoked ham.
- We use only organic, free-range eggs.
- Home made preserves, fresh bread, croissants, scones, or muffins and fresh juices accompany all our breakfasts.
- We grind our own organic fair trade coffee beans to ensure a superior product, and offer an assortment of teas.
- With sufficient notice, we can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. Please alert us to any food allergies.
