Bed and Breakfast Policies

We are a non-smoking house (the north veranda is available for smoking).
Children over 16 are welcome.
We can accommodate no more than two people in each room. We do not have extra cots or fold-out beds.
In consideration of the comfort of all guests, we do not accept pets.
A three night minimum stay applies in the high season - May 1 to October 31 - but exceptions may be made if we have a room available.
Check in is from 3 – 6 pm (let us know if you need to arrive later); check out is by 11 am.
A deposit of three nights (or the length of stay, whichever is less) is required to secure a booking; deposits are refundable with cancellation prior to 14 days before your date of arrival. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for each night, to a maximum of three nights.
Balance of payment is due upon check in.
We accept cash, travellers' cheques, Visa, MasterCard, AMX and Diners Club.
Rates do not include taxes.
